I fucking DARE /co/ creation threads to come up with a legitimately non-attractive human character. No scars, no mutations, no alternations of any kind, just straight up genetically not falling in line with what the stereotypical /co/ created human design looks like.
And so began the process, though we never did settle on a proper name for him.
History[]
Next to nothing is known about the origins of this mysterious man, some say he was the slave of a mad scientist who did unspeakable experiments to him, others say he was raised in complete isolation, deprived of any human contact, others say he's just some unattractive, transient dude who really liked Batman and now wants to do good, but no one knows which rumors are true if any at all.
What is known about him is that he lurks the alleyways and sewer systems, protecting those whom society has overlooked. He met other like-minded individuates and formed a group to protect people who slip between the cracks.

He doesn't have any super human abilities what-so-ever! Save for him said to be horrifyingly unattractive under his hood and that he is a master of parkour.
